Founded by Jim Clayton in 1956, we’ve helped more than one million families achieve the dream of homeownership. Our first facility opened in 1970, and today our manufacturing division includes more than 15,000 dedicated team members delivering a world-class customer experience through exceptional service and innovative building strategies.
Clayton Supply
Clayton Supply doesn’t just source quality materials - we also build them. Our vertically integrated supply division constructs quality cabinets, windows and doors that carry the Clayton Built® seal of approval, and our Clayton Connect team delivers modern manufactured homes to hundreds of valued retail partners.
Clayton Properties Group
Clayton Properties Group was formed in 2015 when Clayton acquired Atlanta-area builder Chafin Communities. Since then, eight more site-builders across the country have joined CPG with a shared purpose of attainable site-built housing.
