Job Description
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Administer system accounts.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Perform IT Service Desk phone support for users within our Home office, Greensboro and Home Centers.
- Printer support. Hard Drive Imaging. Mobile device troubleshooting (iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile).
- Relocating computers.
**Some overtime and after hours work may be required.
Required Skills
- Must have experience supporting computers, network, and infrastructure technology.
- Must be customer service minded and a self-starter.
- This position requires multitasking and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good organizational skills are required.
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Available to work nights and weekends.
Desired Skills
Two years equivalent experience supporting computer hardware and software applications. Network infrastructure knowledge a plus.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma, College credits in IT and/or computer related certifications preferred.
